For example for tech, product, design you can sign up for free on ADPlist, or just ask someone!

There are many mentoring communities depending on the type of engagements or length/needs. But you do need to know what specifically you want to be mentored on and why you're going for a specific person if you are reaching out and asking them directly.

Commsor have some very cool resources for mentors and mentors, it's so great that now we reference the tips and templates internally for a mentorship program at work as well even though we don't work there. It can help them feel more confident, help them with resources like potential job opportunities, help them solve issues like problems at work, etc.
